It is a great change. Without cigarettes, he doesn't get the tar and other things a cigarette has in his system. Plus, he get his "fix" of Nicotine so he doesn't go crazy and smoke 3 cigarettes in 10 minutes.

Well it's a process. I've tried to quit before never worked. Gum didn't work. Patches didn't work. This vape thing works. So I started at 18mg of nic. I'm down to 6 right now. Like a said, Process. Just glad I quit cigs.
