Slower RoF then Felwinter's Lie? What kind roll did you get for that gun?!
Most people I know got a Felwinter's Lie with nearly nothing in the RoF stat line. UR's RoF is much higher, trust me- I have both.
UR needs something to make it viable, and different, for both PvE (only needs more ammo here) and PvP, but I feel like your ideas would make it over powered.

If you knew how RoF you would not the stat Collin Doesn't change much They have close RoF And of this rework is op. So it " Hawkmoon, thorn , TLW, mythoclast and red death. All currently have faster times to kill I'm PvP then me rework would You need to read a post before posting beciSw this is in the bottom of the post kid

You can argue, bash, and name call all you want but none of that is going to change the fact that I have both guns maxed and have used both in PvE and PvP and know for a FACT that UR fires its bullets faster than FL. You're just mad because no one agrees with you. How sad. Kid.
