According to the Ghost hunter site this is the only dead ghost I'm missing. I thought I got this last year around Nov/Dec. but it still doesn't show up. I checked with two of my guardians but still nothing. I may have only looked when patrolling but I'm not sure if that matters. The other ghost that was glitched, Golden Age 2, didn't appear the first time I looked for it. After a few updates I looked again and it was there. That might have been in January.
