The Only problem I have is the Warlock hate, and it really isn't misplaced, most who main the class use self res as crutch for hard raids. But, if you are smart, a warlock with Radiant Skin can tank better, and deal more damage than just about any class during their super.
Also, ignore the people that don't understand your post, you didn't say you couldn't do it without completing your criteria, just that it is much easier and faster if you do.
