Goku would get shit on by pretty much anything in 40k. A precursor ship or weapon construct would obliterate him instantly.

If the Forerunners could beat the Precursors, Goku could. He destroys almost everything ever made.

The precursors pretty much let the forerunners destroy them. Goku would get absolutely demolished by even the forerunners or ancient humanity
