Its not. Id take Thorn over OE anyday. I just think it should be juju>OE and Exotic>Legendary and that ultrahigh aim assistance is for players that suck.

OK OK, I see that now. I meant to say OE is in the top group of weapons. Its related to my genuine crying over the Vex which was hands down the most OP weapon in PvP and yet can only be acquired through a single specific Team PvE activity. Its hard to convey, I'll try to edit my post. Thanks.
