Have many strikes in a row do I have to play before I am allowed to be done?

I think dark meant they're leaving at the beginning of strikes. If you want to leave, leave when the Leave Matchmaking thing pops up after the last Strike, don't just leave at the start of the next one, it takes a while to get a replacement otherwise.
