Easily my favorite of the vendor/faction-sold scouts. There's a few out there that are on par or debatably better, but it's hard to go wrong with the Rapier.

Hard to argue with that. I need to compare them just to double check, but Gheleon's Demise is basically the Rapier's perks on a higher impact, one-more-shot frame. Absolute monster if you got it during the Iron Banner, if not go all out for it during the next IB (should be a drop weapon, but it'll have random perks).

It's better because Low impact + high rate of fire + really small mag makes Saterienne worse Gheleon's has a larger mag, much more impact, much more range
