Error code Wasp denotes content or patches failing to download. I suggest power-cycling your network equipment, and if possible, secure a wired connection. If neither of these options work, you may wish to try reinstalling Destiny.
To power-cycle your network equipment:
-Log out of Destiny.
-Turn off your console and unplug it for at least 30 seconds.
-Unplug your network equipment for at least 30 seconds.
-Plug in and turn on your network equipment, beginning with your modem, then plug in and turn on your console.
