Well I for one am also happy with the changes. I tend to be a mid to close range PVP player anyways and this gives me a bit of a chance. Before the changes pvp was really all about sniping and super auto rifles (coughsuroscough) that can shoot you from halfway across the map. I know some of you are upset because you had an advantage before and don't now but as one of the not so good players it's really nice to have a chance to actually play rather than be spawn camped every ten seconds. Personally I want to play pvp to improve my skills and not be a bullet sponge. I am sure some of the super good pvp players will adjust to this very quickly.

All the moaning seems to be from pvp, I'm a pve player so why should my guns suffer?

Its true there has been a lot of attention on PVP players. Don't get me wrong I still like PVE (and it needs some work too) the most but if I want certain weapons I have to once in a while run through the crucible. Though that's another issue altogether. Personally, I played last night in PVE and I didn't notice any drastic differences. I don't think a lot of the changes even were PVE related. Only some weapons got a boost in PVE and that was for the most part shotguns which I agree with, I don't use them because they suck in PVE in my opinion but that depends on play style (I am also a scout rifle user mostly). I intend to fully test out my weapons on PVE and PVP tonight to fully see the difference.
