I absolutely love it.
In my opinion, when heavy ammo drops the game enters this moment of carnage and breaks up the balance between the two teams (As it should), but after all players who had heavy ammo die the game should go back to a balanced playing field until the heavy ammo crates show up again. The fact that you could shoot a rocket faster than the other guy and get another 2 rockets seemed ridicilous to me and ensured the playing field stayed unbalanced for a longer period of time than it should.

The problem is potentiated by the fact that some teams use exotic heavies. If everyone is using normal heavies, I didn't find this to be a huge problem, and I actually liked it. However, if you have ever played against a full team of truth-users...

Yup, you have the right idea and I am starting to lean more that way. It's just a bummer because heavy was a more valuable bait and is now no longer the strategic linchpin it use to be if played right. Change will always ruffle some feathers I guess. Especially when it hinders my ability to pull in Reign of Terror Medals. :(
