Sounds suspect to me. Same with Suros and the "2.5" percent nerf.. Ended up being 11 percent. Bungie is lying to its biggest supporters. What a slap in the face!

The AVERAGE damage drop is -2.5%. That means fast RoF autos will barely change, and low RoF autos will be hit hard (eg. Suros)
