I was hoping you just Iron Banner grinded to 32.

Would need ib to give either a helm or chest at light 36 for that. Currently you still need 1 piece of raid gear for 36. You can use exotic chest or helm, ib glove, boot, and raid for either helm or chest.

Last Iron Banner, they had a chest piece at 36 light.

No they didn't it only had 33 light. Go double check yours. They haven't released enough ib gear at 36 light to allow you to be lv32 without raiding. Hell go check destiny dB.

The last one was gauntlets and boots. The one before this previous one had the chest piece, it wasn't Lvl 32 material.

I don't know why they didn't just make it light 36. I have the chest piece for my Warlock, I believe it's light 33.
