Eh in this day & age the age limit honestly isn't important anymore. If a kid wants a game but is under the limit he'll find a way - brother, sister, friend, mom, step mom, dad, step dad, friend's brother. He'll get the game no matter what.

Yeah that is true. But unless the kid is mature enough and has a little bit or sense about him, this kind of thing happens.
