I always did fine with it in crucible. It's not meant for close engagements. I use it like I would use a sniper and carry a solid fusion (plan c or PI for example) and wrecked face with it well enough.

In the time it takes to land three head shots for the kill with GD, I could have landed two body shots with my sniper. I'd rather use my sniper at medium and long ranges than this gun.

Fair, I can see that. It is still a beast in Pve tho haha. :P
