I've not seen perfect balance. Between my clan and I (probably 30 or so rolls combined) we've only seen fitted stock with Zen moment or rodeo.

I'm pretty sure Vision of confluence is the only scout with full auto, as Fatebringer is the only hand canon with firefly.
