Tips include getting a bottomless potion, building around your Steed, BlindingShield, Aura of healing (namely the timestop ability) and the explosion skill. Also, never use a 2H with your shield as it slows your Attack speed so you don't get the full bonus of Life on hit. Or you know, you could just go get a Profession Russians Fast weapon if you don't want to put in any effort.
