You can only get shitty explosive rounds when I hate cuz they take base damage down and to me, makes shots inacurate. Its no fatebringer. My timur has rangefinder, perfect balance, crowd control. Its awsome:)

If you add the damage the bullet does and the aoe damage from the explosive round together it adds up to more damage than without it. It is just broken into 2 numbers.
