Does anyone think it is better than praedyths revenge for pvp because if it is I may get it

Much better. It shoots through walls. And rocks. And whatever else.

Armor piercing As long as you are lucky with RNG or buy it from the vendor, I got two in a row without armor piercing and gave up and bought the vendor one. Shooting thru walls is killer tho!!

Yep, is awesome that Vanguard comes with AP. I also got a void with AP drop.

I use it over my praedyth (pvp), just because of APR, mine was a drop so I'm not sure if the perks are the same as vendors, but I never use the LDR for anything else

I think so. Kick is only slightly worse and it does far more damage.
