ROFL, phenomenal retort. Seriously though, there are upper and lower gods in the LOTR world and the elves are powerless in comparison. Even Galadriel, with the power of a ring imbued with the life of sauron the most powerful of the lower gods, was still weaker than Gandalf the Grey, who was an average power lower god.
