Wouldn't this technically be taxation without representation? Correct me if I'm wrong.

Well all churches are in congressional districts, so each congressman directly represents his district.

That is true. That link I posted goes over it all, if churches were to be taxed it would create a lot of issues. So at this point it seems it would be wiser to leave them tax exempt. I do think however that these giant mega churches are basically big pyramid schemes and are using religion for purely monetary gain.
