I don't know if it's actually out of the loot table, but it's been made so rare that it, for statistical purposes, was not included. the stats would be the same if ghorn is jn the table since I didn't adjust the calculations.

Oh I see so it is possible for xur to sell it but it is just unlikely?

I think it's possible, but highly unlikely. However, even the regular weapons only have like a 5.5% chance of being sold. Everything is quite rare, but ghorn more so. Maybe we wouldn't notice as much if ghorn wasn't so coveted, you know? No one really talks about how Hard Light has never been sold, and that's because no one seems to want it (I however really -blam-ing want Hard Light but just can't seem to get it).

Right. I believe he will sell ghorn eventually. I'm hoping that it's soon.

For example when Xur sold the ice breaker due to the massive demand for it. I believe the Ghorn will infeat be sold but only when done thing bigger and better comes out
