It already has Outlaw/armor piercing rds/ firefly
What more could you ask for in a scout rifle?!?!

I would prefer high caliber and perfect balance in that perk slot buuut that is being very critical lol

36k+ scout rifle kills... Explosive rounds are waaaaaaay overrated. People only like them because of fatebringer which already has firefly and not a better option for the middle perk. With scout rifles it's all about the stagger especially on low RoF rifles.

I have explosive on my NitC. They are ok but make it harder to land crits.
