Go read what the patch is supposed to do. If, after that, you still don't get it there isn't much to be done. I can explain it till the keys fall off the keyboard, but I can't understand it for you.

I know what the intent is - to bring balance to weapons usage. Guess what happens if 2.5% nerf in ARs doesn't push people to PRs? Nerf until people do.
