I'm sorry to say but u agree to their terms and conditions automatically upon opening and or digital downloading of the game . I can and many others understand where u are coming from but u can get more info at bungie;)

Only in the USA. In Europe the EULA usually is not worth the virtual paper it is written on. The problem is finding a lawyer who will take the case.

Or it's outlined on the game case and it comes up on screen as a software agreement!!!!
