Not at all during radiant you can. Spam 10 grenades and 3 melees. Now add touch of flame (grenades ignite enemies) and viking funeral (enemies burn longer) and grenades are deadly and under radiance I'll have 3 one hit melees with scorch

So hopf greatly reduces the charge time of abilities
