What he did was wrong. And he deserves to be banned. Nuff said. Life sucks, but don't be a douche by making it worse for everyone.

Who broke the rules? The kid who lied about his age to get a twitch account, the kid who was playing a game too mature for his age, or the guy who was using a feature of the PS4?

Yes for gods sake. If he's 11 he shouldn't even have the -blam!-ing game. You cannot condemn the actions of other without condemning the victim first dude. Besides 11 year olds annoy everybody and yet their shitty parents still buy them ridiculously rated games. SO -blam!- you. -blam!- this video and I hope your support is a mob of angry teenagers with pistols round your house.

Is it illegal for an 11 year to play Destiny. I believe parental disclaimers a merely a suggestion. On the other hand, it's considered illegal to destroy someone's intellectual property, harassing children, and to cyber bully someone; not to mention ethical unsound. Everyone wants to question the 11 year old's upbringing, a child who thanked a person for deleting his only exotic weapon; let's question Kirmet's upbringing for a change. What kind of parents champion children to exploit young kids? Wouldn't this be considered an act of pedophilia?

Edited by VFJ_Titas: 2/23/2015 1:37:14 AMIs it illegal, no. There is no law that states that 11 year olds can't play T rated games. There are 8 year olds who are playing halo, cod, gta, and many other games that are rated M. Get your facts straight please. Edit: sorry read it wrong.
