If you buy heavy synths from xur you are a scrub!!!!
You filthy casuals who didn't earn their glimmer and buy their synths from the gunsmith like you're supposed to do. I'm so sick of people like you. Always looking for an easy way to get stuff from this game.
People like you who made bungie start selling mats at the tower cause you were to much of a lazy casual to go farm and earn it like a real gamer. You scrub!!

Edit 1 So apparently no one can defend being a casual and buying their synths. Instead all they are smart enough to say is I'm a scrub for having 3 titans. Sorry i will rather be
1.useful in raids and all activities

3 RepliesSo... unlike you Sir, I have 3 different classes level 32, all VoG gear, still lacking the Fang from CE and Crux, had around 40 synth obtained from spending glimmer, played enough to obtain most of the weapons from the IB, and yet I bought 600+ synth from Xur. About Xur selling anything, is intended from the developers, us the consumers with high volumes of SC have to spend it on something, otherwise why do weekly heroic at all. In fact why play this game. Your argument about not "earning" our synths is invalid, someone buying 500 synths spent 100 SCs, that is equivalent to 5 weeks of earning SC via the weekly heroic. That time is also equivalent to about 100 synth bought on synths via the gunsmith (if you use glimmer packs) on a regular basis. However there are some more important places to spent all that glimmer, such as weapon and armor upgrades. If im a scrub fair enough, won't complain, but saying you "earned" your synth by farming glimmer is pathetic as the RPG aspect of this game is not anywhere near "earning" your gear, but being lucky enough. Every RPG related game is the same in that regard and only in IB do you "earn" your gear. One more thing to point out is that some have a thing called a life, wife, kids, jobs and studies, some go out on the weekend and party, thus we lack the time to repeat the "Exclusion Zone" x times a day. So doing the exclusion zone is earning the glimmer to buy heavy ammo? I think a weekly heroic is a lot harder. That's why you get more of them.
