Rangefinder, Field scout and Feeding Frenzy. Good for PvE or reroll?

If the nerf is worse/better than we expect you can always reroll appropriately during next months IB. I'm not leveling mine until I see the nerf.

Yeah that's is a good roll especially with the incoming range nerf on hand cannons.... IMO field scout and a reload perk is essential. I probably keep it.
