Why would bungie say its RNG if it was fixed. Plus fixed RNG doesn't actually make any sense. You can have fixed RANDOM NUMBER GENERATOR. It's random. I couldn't get hard light to drop forever. I got 2 in the same week. It's hard to get the one you want cause you have such a small chance of getting it.. Not cause it's rigged.

Lol you can have a fixed rng, just set a specific loot table and have the chances on the table rng.

What? No shit? That's still random. If there wasn't a set loot table then there wouldn't be any rewards. The rewards from that table are still picked at random... I'm not really sure what you're trying to say..

What hes saying is with true rng you wiuld have an equal chance to get all exotics, with the table system its still random, but you may not ever get certain item.
