No, exotics don't unbalance. There are still perks on legendary and below. Classes have different skills, etc.
Why don't people understand loadouts are supposed to change crucible. It's not COD.

When I say exotics I mean weapons only, and u can't deny that any player using thorn or last word don't have a massive advantage over any player who doesn't

I know you meant exotic weapons. What I'm saying is there will always be other factors that can tip the scalea. And honestly, no I don't feel thron and other exotics tip the scales. I have been killed by more Khvostov and Shingens than Thorns.

Every single crucible match ive played there is one player with thorn or last word, When i Do get a game without someone with this the rest of the exotics arnt so oP that its unfair
