All it does it change your spawn animation for 24 hours, some bats and shit fly around when you spawn.

I can't recall the exact name, but it sits in my vault. Idk if it's still possible, but you could wear the pumpkins we got for the so-called halloween event, and go over to xur and a new item would appear that you were able to buy. It's just for looks I believe but then again I've never used it
