You don't actually need permission to do so, but it seems that you may know that and would just feel better with permission. Part of buying games these days is the ability to upload clips/videos of it.

I would feel more confident in doing it if I had written Permission, in the unfortunate event of a Content ID match. :/

When it comes to just gameplay/commentating you'll be fine. You can not show the following though 1) Exploits/cheeses (people do anyways and tend to not get in trouble, but you can get in trouble with YouTube if Bungie confronts them). 2) You can not show any early access (DLC, games, etc) if you manage to get your hands on it. 3) You can not play music without permission. Even if it's In the background of your Mic. That's actually one of the biggest things that get videos shut down. If you avoid those things you will be 100% ok.
