I got one with outlaw, field scout, and third eye. Is this worth keeping? My only use for it is in pvp

Yes. If you're facing enemies with low armor, it'll two shot to the head them. Without any perks.

Edited by Hooligantuan: 2/18/2015 1:24:59 AMYou won't want to use it in PvP. The Lash can be a great gun, but it's severely outclassed by other guns in PvP, even within the Hand Cannon family, because it has a 7 round magazine and a reload speed that demands some patience.

Outlaw is a good perk, but mostly for pve, the impact with field scout make it a really good pvp gun. I think the stability is too low for me, but if you can handle that recoil you are good to go.

Field scout and outlaw is all you need, when in doubt, keep firing.

Field Scout's perk slot would typically be better used for AP rounds, Explosives, or Send It for the Range increase. Not that Field Scout is bad, it's just a matter of perk real estate.
