Have both maxed woc does like 10 more dmg (head shot w/ expl rounds) to the yellow bars in starting room of crota. Fatebringer is so much more satisfying to use especially when firefly is triggered also have 2 timurs lash and a dead orbit 331 hand cannon . Fatebringer still reigns supreme and im pretty sure that's why crota weapons suck in comparison to vog bungie didnt intend for a gun to last that long to whrre people could care less gor the new drops

Hive disruptor is not added to the crits, it's a white number that pops up in the high 400's. It does screw up the words phantom perk like it did with white nail before they removed it from BH. For just about everything else the fatebringer is better, but against hive majors the Word has an advantage. I still use the Fang over the word though, if I want hive disruptor that is my go to gun. Of course, it almost always is my go to gun, I love the Fang :p
