Happened to me . Ended up having to format/ wipe hard drive from safe mode. Sucks i know, but the only way to fix as hard drive corrupt.

Tried that too... Just reboots once it's done and goes back to doing the same thing. In having it sent back, bought it in September, and Sony is going to fix it or ship me back another one.
