They are just locations with extra spells, items, etc. If you're looking for something significant like Shivering Isles, Knights of the Nine, Mehrunes Razor, etc. then you won't find those smaller DLC worth it.
Although, the Tower up near Bruma was always nice to visit once and a while. If you're ever low on fauna, then you can have a limitless supply there.

I know they wont be anything like the quest dlcs. I'm more curious whether they actually bring anything useful or more just asthetic. Good to know about the tower though. I'll keep that in mind.

The Wiki page lists the DLC nicely. Orrey gives you a stat boost Thieves Den gives you a new home, spells and items Vile Lair gives you a new home, spells and items Spell Tomes gives you spells Fighters Stronghold gives you a castle as a home, complete with servants and everything Those are the smaller ones. We don't talk about Horse Armor around here.

Awesome. Thanks man. Why do we not talk about what we don't talk about around here? Just so I know

It was just a joke. Horse Armor is regarded as one of the worst DLC ever in video games, as it adds extra health to a horse, and that's pretty much meaningless.

Gotcha. I barely ever use my horse. I have too much fun exploring. Plus you have to dismount to take care of any enemies and for some reason they'll attack my horse instead of attacking me. Sidenote: I wish I could use a bow from horseback. But that's really the only thing I've noticed so far that I'd change. I'm pretty happy with the game and I'm a hard sell with RPGs. Hated fallout and witcher. I'm probably going to catch hell for saying that, but oh well.
