Honestly I haven't had a problem in over a month, have you port forwarded yet? If so have you made a static ip for your Xbox/PS?

Couple more things I'd like to ask if I may. Are you hard wired or wireless? Are you using a modem-router or a hybrid modem with built in routing? Do you have firewall settings on at all? And finally, do you have a PC or laptop that has 2 Ethernet ports? If so, try hooking the modem to your PC/laptop, then hook the Xbox/PS to the other Ethernet port on the PC/laptop, go to the connection folder, highlight both connections and bridge(right click - bridge connections). If you try the PC method make sure your firewalls are off.

  • Im using an ethernet cable, im using a modem router. Ive been playing destiny since sept and never had a turtle error code. None of my settings have changed on the hub or my console, i can connect to xbox live no problem and can play any other game online with no connection issues. My nat type is open. everything seems fine except destiny decided to go on holiday without saying farewell :/
