I ran into him the other week i didnt even think about it being randal untill id finally killed him and was on my way wondering why he was so hard to kill

It's always a nice surprise when running into him. Apparently he has a cousin in the moon.

I havnt met him yet i thinknit should be a trophy to beat him they had better not fix him

This is after his patch. Before, you could use all your ammo, and he still wouldn't be dead. It was like a nice mini strike to make things interesting during patrols
