  • I pre-ordered the game and the expansion pass for Xbox1 back in September and STILL haven't received my Tumbler. Who can I contact to be sure that I get what I was promised?

  • If you don't have it now you won't get it at all Also was it part of a bundle (ex limited or ghost edition) or a seperate pre-order

    It was a bundle that I got, the same bundle I got for the PS4 (yet received my Tumbler for PS4).

  • As stated in the linked article, you must have redeemed your sparrow prior to the expiration date of the offer. Unfortunately, if you did not redeem it before the offer expired, you will not receive the sparrow.

  • How could I have redeemed something that wasn't there to redeem? It is known that some people haven't received it the way they should have on Xbox One. I am one of those people. Could you please pass this on to someone who can actually help me with this issue? I also get many disconnections and issues with party chat on Xbox One (never on PS4 and not with any other games on Xbox). Could you just maybe help out a loyal customer who bought the game AND expansion for TWO systems instead of a "Sorry, you must of screwed up," when I didn't?
