You don't want it.
It sucks in Crucible. Perk is useless there, seeming as most maps are small and you'll just be attacked again as you are healing.
PvE is where it shines and in Crota HM I'd only wanna use it.

As someone who grew up with the BR from halo 2/3 red death is my favorite weapon in the game, it -blam!-ing MELTS in PVP. 2 burst in the head and you are done, OP as -blam!-. I beat out the last word and Suros almost every battle at medium range, and it's getting a BUFF! 10% more dmg on every shot will secure a 2 burst kill everytime, get rdy for the best crucible weapon in the game lol.

Well, I guess mine is broken then lol. Takes me like 5 bursts or more to kill someone, all precision mostly.

It's good for hm Crota paired with a helm that gives health on Orb pickup. But pretty much sucks everywhere else imho.
