Ive had great experiences with everyone from the clan ive had the pleasure of running with. Completely agree that lack of communication is the biggest thing, and also that it lays primarily with the craptastic options bungie and PSN have available... Only being able to have 8 in a voice chat party and no ingame support for clans.
