My younger brother loves sniper rifles, so I bought his hunter an ice breaker. He's really happy, and people like you would make his day absolutely worst.

Although Icebreaker is a great PvE weapon, there are better alternative for PVP.

There are. The thing is he's not an avid player and he's not used to scouting everywhere for ammo. So I got it for him so he can feel superior and so he can camp and shoot enemies. (He's not that good either)
