Ok, so who is this vandal and why is this so prevalent on the forums?

Edited by Whiples: 2/13/2015 9:15:37 PMHe was a Fallen major (Reaver Vandal.) He had the name "Randall the Vandal." You could find him in the Beta of Destiny, but you weren't high enough level to fight him yet, so he appeared as "??" He was nearly impossible to kill, that is Randall the Vandal.

Technically speaking, yes. He is now easily killable though, because you can reach a much higher level than him.
