I am still ranking up, it's just every single time I've gotten nothing and this one time I was hoping for at least a weapon and nope, energy and shards again...it was demoralizing.

When I reached rank 7 in the vanguard, I got goad of war, one way ticket, shards, and energies along with the commendation. I hate the rng though. still I have nothing from dead orbit or fwc.
