Deadpool cannot be killed. While I assume you mean annihilate as opposed to obliterate, the point is moot. Deadpool, until his story arc is altered, simply cannot die.

He cannot die as long as a single part of him remains, he isn't allowed in death's domain so, after he is obliterated he can be sent to King Yemma's domain. Simple. -
This isn't an argument of logic, or any science fictional physics. Deadpool cant die. And that's the end of it. This is all just based on a comic books magic, it works around any ideal set of physics or natural laws. Destroying him at the atomic level would result in him dying, which he cannot do, therefore he cannot be destroyed as such. Deadpool cannot be killed.

Well yeah. The comics span a multitude of universes as well. But I do suppose I made an assumption that we are talking about current Deadpool. So if OP is talking about a different one, he has my apologies.

It wouldn't because once they fuse, they aren't Goku nor Vegeta. They become one being. Thanos would have to remove the curse. -
I don't know what any of that means, but if there is in fact someone in the Dragon Ball universe that can do that, and this gogeta guy has control over him, then by all means Deadpool would fall.
