The explorer endpoints are not yet ready to be used, as explained by Tetron [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Clan/Post/39966/98971575/0/0/1]here[/url]. In the meantime, I would not invest too heavily in them just yet.

Thanks for the clarification. I was wondering though, is there any other way to get the list of all exotics, with their names, descriptions and images from their id?

You can download the content package (based on the manifest)...there are a few other threads on this group that gives some guidance. However, the explorer API will be an easy to use one stop shop for all of the content we have bugs out. We mistakenly marked it public before it was really ready, so consider it in beta test for now. Your feedback is appreciated.
