Who told you thats a thing... plus, why would you want a exotic class item, it would just take up an exotic armor slot

I really don't mind if it takes away and exotic slot I got full raid gear and all characters , it will be awesome if the exotic drop gave us double reputation for the faction

I don't think bungie will make it take up an exotic slot. If they do it will give buffs like faster reload or something

bungie is a dick, they wouldn't give it any buff in any way shape or form

I understand what it is and where it is located in accordance to your characters customization. What I'm saying is they are not out yet but I would be willing to bet that because they don't offer any perks they will be considered a visual item. That being said it is all speculation until the destiny world, yourself, and I try it for ourselves.

raid armor gets u to level 32 u dont really need exotic armor but exotic armor does have good upgrades
