Did you get the 200 kills with a fusion rifle? You have to use a fusion rifle to kill enemies in order to advance the bounty.

What he said ^^. Took me a few runs (3-4) to get em all. It helps to run a 2 man and have your friend kill reds and yellows while you wipe up the scrubs. Good luck, have fun.
