Is there a disclaimer anywhere on the e-mail stating the deadline?

the add should read "order before jan. 15 and you will receive...blah..blah".. not "order now and receive..blah...blah" right? that's what i think , unless they where pulling that kinda stunt on purpose to trick people in to thinking they would get the sparrow if they ordered.

no.. i found out about the deadline later when i googled " why haven't i got my sparrow".. the e-mail has no fine print. it has info about going past level 20 and at the bottom and add for the expansion pass with the EV-30 sparrow if i order now.
